MDM Greece Accommodation Centre for unaccompanied minors . In the mist of social, economic crisis and refugee crisis in Greece, MDM Greece is implementing a new accommodation center for vulnerable population groups, and more specifically unaccompanied minors (UAM’s).
The building is around 2,000 sq.m. and is surrounded by a wonderful landscape. The main building is organized in one and two space rooms / dormitories, and the whole building meets the highest quality standards. It has play rooms, organized kitchen areas, baths, auxiliary spaces, offices, music rooms, common rooms etc. It also has storage spaces, lockers, washing machines and dryers, etc. It is surrounded by three acres of land, formed by gardens with olive trees, lavender, and ornamental plants and also has a patio with an amphitheater for cultural and social events, a greenhouse and an outdoor playground. The accommodation center is in a decentralized area, and offers unique hospitality for unaccompanied minors in Greece, given the quality of spaces and services provided to the children.
